Maybe the easel and bathtub crayons were a bad idea.  She isn't understanding the concept of what should and shouldn't be written on.  Pretty sure Magic Erasers were created for our household.

February Phone Favorites

So excited for Spring and LOVE flowers from our yard.....ok, I "borrowed" the pink camellias from the neighbors but they don't live there anymore.

Clayton's 1st piece of king cake.  1st slice of the cake and Clayton gets the baby!  Hope she saves her allowance to buy next year's.

Ella and Clayton like to play in "their" room at my parents.  Recently you can peek in the room and Clayton is laid out on the bed and Ella is changing her "dipe".  It's rather funny....and peculiar.

Oh, do I miss these days of seeing her asleep in her crib.  But I REALLY miss the days of her falling asleep in her crib unassisted.

 

She frequently tells me "Cheese" instructing me to take her picture.  On a walk in front of this tree was one of those times.

 
Taking breakfast to Da ended up a pajama morning at the park.  Not sure how the two bows got in her hair. 

Trying on one of the dresses I made in sewing class.  In need of an iron and it's too big but maybe it will fit her better this Fall.

She tried to climb on her easel and it fell on her with chalk, magnets and dry erase crayons going everywhere.  She then demonstrated to me what happened.

 

 Clayton insists on trying out all the baby stuff I have been getting out for new baby.  The bath lounger is just her size!  Makes me sad to see how much she has grown.  It wasn't long ago that I was buying it for her.  Tear!

 

 
I definitely started videoing because I was thinking the duck may come after her and didn't want to miss that on film.

 

John's Birthday...week

My mom, Clayton, and I for the last two years have gone to Baton Rouge to visit my brother for his birthday.  This year, he came to Memphis.  We were sad to miss our Baton Rouge trip but glad he was home for a week to visit.  And Clayton LOVES her Uncle John.

 
 

 
 There were a bunch of "Hap-you's" sung and numerous times blowing out the candles.

 Clayton has figured out the gas throttle and is a wild driver to say the least.
