Perdido Key, FL- Day 4 (Wednesday)

Harris left Wednesday to head back to work while we continued to beach it.
The highlight of my trip was Clayton seashell hunting.

I skipped going out to lunch the first few days so Clayton could nap.  I decided I'd attempt it and go to Cosmo's.  We didn't leave with a to-go box so I consider it successful.

Then we headed to The Wharf to shop a bit.  Clayton won't be allowed to wear a two-piece for awhile but I couldn't resist trying this "kini" on her.
Mary wanted to jump on the trampoline thing.
And Clayton's Pawpaw said she wanted to do it too.  Although apprehensive, who am I to hold my baby back.
She loved it!
After a 10 minute nap on the car ride home, it was back to the beach for seashell hunting/a photo shoot.

And my big baby was thrilled to be home!

Orange Beach, AL- Day 3 (Tuesday)

Clayton woke up on Tuesday and decided that the beach wasn't scary but fun.

The weather was really windy in the afternoon.  There was a big scramble as umbrellas went flying.

So Clayton used the time wisely.

Harris and I went to dinner at Louisiana Lagniappe to celebrate our 6th anniversary.  We attempted a family picture but the wind wasn't cooperating.  Not flattering but I guess I had to post the most decent one.

Orange Beach, AL- Day 2 (Monday)

Harris, Mary, and I began the day by walking to Waffle House.  This could possibly be the highlight of Harris' trip.
Mary declared it the highlight of her trip because she said she always begs to go to Waffle House but no one will take her.  Then she asked what highlight of her trip meant.
While we were feasting, Chris and Phillip were exercising, and my parents took the babies to the pool.  Got to love everyone's use of time.
Mary joined and it became the "Watch Mary Show."

Clayton was scared of the ocean.
How cute are these pics trying to get Clayton to the water?  It was even cuter in person.

 But Clayton said, "No thanks!"

No we did not plan the all white.  I'm not a white pic beach person.

The babies parents went to dinner at Fisherman's Corner.
Fried Green Tomatoes.....delicious!
This was just our appetizers.  After we ordered our appetizers, our waiter asked if we were just planning on eating appetizers and we told him no.  And after our entrees, he said he was thoroughly impressed with the amount of food we took down.  I'll clarify that this was due to the men's consumption and not the ladies.
Then we had to visit the Florabama.
We ended the night at midnight with a text from my mom stating, "I suggest y'all come home."  We took this as one of our kids was awake and causing heck.  But we came home to a quiet condo.  Mom's know best!  (Clayton remember this.)  We were all bushwacked.
