Holley Farms Pumpkin Patch Field Trip

Clayton's preschool class went to Holley Farms for their second field trip.
It was educational but mostly lots of fun.  They learned about chickens and collecting eggs.
And about corn and played in it too.

After an early lunch to escape the rain, we took a ride to find pumpkins in an actual pumpkin patch.
Clayton wasn't fond of the leaves touching her legs or a dirty pumpkin.
She picked two "baby' pumpkins for the two large "mommy and daddy" pumpkins that we already had at home.
I love the barrel train and have been begging Harris and my dad to make one since I saw it last year at our visit to Holley Farms.  No such luck yet.
Clayton loved the slides that were on the side of the hill.  How could she not?!  They are pretty awesome.

Before everyone headed home after a fun day, her class attempted a group picture.
After we picked Charles up from Mother's Day Out, Mimi was headed to Memphis from the beach so she swung by and picked us up.  Of course she brought a surprise for the kids, which was perfect since we just came from a pumpkin patch.
Resting up on the ride home to play with PawPaw.
