Besides driving to Memphis and getting new shoes, Clayton enjoyed her 1st fire this weekend....her first fire that she wasn't basically a vegetable baby and just laying there.
She was so excited to see her PawPaw. It had been 2 weeks too long!
She eventually fell asleep.
But woke up Saturday excited to be at her Mimi and PawPaw's house.
But the highlight of the weekend was LSU (ranked #1) playing Alabama (ranked #2). The whole weekend had my stomach in knots.
After much pacing and feeling the need to puke, we won in overtime: LSU 9, Bama 6.
(I felt like I ran a marathon while drinking a bottle of champagne after watching the game...well, half a bottle. The other half was for celebrating our victory.)
