You're probably as shocked as us, but we actually stayed in Tupelo for a weekend. How did we spend our weekend? Well, we watched a movie on Friday. Saturday, we went to a local restaurant that Harris keeps telling me about. However, they didn't have any kids' chairs so we decided it wasn't too Clayton-friendly and opted to leave. So.....since Harris was jealous he missed out on our mall-day, we enjoyed lunch at a crowded mall and Harris got to see our little mall rat in action.
Clayton drank from a straw for the first time!
And we had a family carousal ride. I warned Harris to hold on that it went fast. He thought it wasn't necessary and then as it got in full swing he held on and said he was going to be sick.
Our mall rat was pooped.
And my parents were having withdrawals, so they along with our nieces Mary and Ella, drove to Tupelo on Sunday. Clayton was so excited for Mary and Ella to be at her house and Ella was excited to be playing with new toys that decent pictures weren't happening.
Before they left, we took my dad to a local store because nothing says tourist attraction like a store that sells huge farm equipment, hunting gear, toilets, and smocked kids clothes.
Clayton was sad to tell them bye.
But exhausted.
