12 Months Old Shots

Clayton had her 12 months old doctor's visit on Monday.  She weighs 22 pounds 3 ounces (75 percentile) and is 30.25" (95 percentile) long/tall.
Here's a recap of her 1st year's shots and stats:
Born: 7 lbs 14 oz / 21"
2 months: 12 lbs 0 oz / 24"
4 months: 15 lbs 4 oz / 26"
6 months: 17 lbs 10 oz / 28"
9 months: 20 lbs 6 oz / 29"
12 months: 22 lbs 3 oz / 30.25"
The nurse gave her a TB test.  She didn't like it but was a brave little girl.
Then Dr. Y checked her out.
He asked if we were working on getting away from a bottle?...uhhhhhhh.....I didn't know I was supposed to.  He said well, we need to start working on it.  Ha.  It took her 11 months to finally hold a bottle by herself and now we need to ditch it?
He said babies typically get molars at 15 months. Then took a look at Clayton's teeth, which she wasn't fond of, and said she has 3 molars coming in.
He also said we need to brush her teeth twice a day as we are her dentist until she's 3.  Uhhhhh.  And that she doesn't need to go to bed with a bottle to avoid the sugar from the milk sitting on her teeth all night.  Again.....uhhhhhhh.
Try brushing this one's teeth and not giving her a bottle to go to sleep.
So we got her semi-dressed for the shots.  We learned this from the first visit as leaving the building as fast as possible is the least embarrassing.  And having the least amount of clothes to put on her helps make for a quick exit when she's screaming bloody-murder.  Thankfully she's toughened up and shots aren't too bad anymore.
Clearly we will work hard on getting rid of the ba-ba.
Taking a pic with our favorite nurse.
Realizing that this may be my mom's favorite nurse but certainly not mine.
And this is why....
Ba-ba will make it better.
Making sure that lady isn't coming back.
