When I was in our yard months back I heard owl hooting. I thought it was Harris entertaining Clayton or just because. I heard it a few more times and discovered it indeed wasn't Harris but an owl in the neighborhood. And after more discovery, we realized there are multiple (at least 4) owls living in our neighborhood. I was throwing the ball for Sadie and realized one was in a tree in our yard. Aren't they pretty?
This is an iphone pic and not the best but see how big they are. When they come flying through the trees, you literally have to take cover. Yes, I'm being dramatic but get my gist....they aren't your typical robins.
We love having our owl neighbors!
